I have dull skin

Dull skin is often caused by dehydration, dead skin buildup, or lack of radiance. To restore your glow, focus on exfoliation, hydration, and brightening ingredients.

Recommended Regimen for Glowing Skin

Rise & Shine

1. Cleanse – Use a hydrating cleanser with niacinamide or ceramides to cleanse skin without stripping it of its natural oils.
2. Use a Vitamin C Serum (ethyl ascorbic acid) – Brightens skin, fades dark spots, and boosts collagen.
3. Moisturize with antioxidants & brighteners – Look for niacinamide, tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), or licorice extract that are known to brighten skin, and look for emollients or humectants like hyaluronic acid or peptides that will plump and smoothen skin for a healthy glow.
4. Use a sunscreen (with at least SPF 30 and PA+++) – Prevents sun damage that leads to dullness and uneven skin tone.
5. Take a Glutathione supplement with antioxidants such as Vitamin C or Vitamin E to brighten your skin and give it a healthy glow.

Noon Refresh

1. Reapply sunscreen, preferrably one with brightening ingredients such as Vitamin C and niacinamide.
2. Hydrate!

Beauty Rest & Recovery

1. Double Cleanse (If Wearing Sunscreen/Makeup) – Use a cleansing balm or oil, followed by a gentle cleanser to remove all dirt and impurities that dull the skin.
2. Exfoliate 2-3x per week (alternate with a Vitamin C serum) – Mild alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) such as lactic acid, glycolic acid) help slough off dead skin, boost radiance, and reveal young skin underneath.
3. Use a Vitamin C serum - Vitamin C is the key to maintaining a smooth, even, and glowy complexion. It increases cell turnover, smooths texture, and enhances radiance. Look for a stable Vitamin C such as ethyl ascorbic acid.
5. Rich Moisturizer – Look for ceramides, squalane, or sunflower seed oil to nourish and lock in hydration and add extra glow.
6. Face Oil (Optional)Rosehip, sunflower seed, or argan oil can add an extra glow.
7. Take a Glutathione supplement and Vitamin C or Vitamin E (tocotrienol) before bed to boost antioxidant levels that brighten skin and make it glowing.

Bonus Tips for a Radiant Glow:

Stay Hydrated & Eat Antioxidant-Rich Foods – Water, green tea, berries, and leafy greens help from within.
Facial Massage & Gua Sha – Boosts circulation and enhances skin’s natural glow.
Use a Hydrating Mask (1-2x per week) – Look for hyaluronic acid or honey for an extra boost.
